What is your general return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Unused party supplies (decorations, partyware, cake toppers, greeting cards, gift wrapping, gift bags, pocket toys, and stationery) in their original, resalable packaging may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. A 20% restocking fee applies to refunds. All custom or personalized orders are final sale.
What is your balloon policy?
Balloons are a delicate, time-sensitive product. Once inflated and leaving our shop, all balloon sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for balloons that are popped, deflated, or damaged after pickup/delivery.
How long will my helium balloons float?
Latex balloons filled with helium typically float for 8-10 hours. Foil (mylar) balloons filled with helium typically float for 2-3 days. These are estimates; float time can be affected by environmental factors like temperature and altitude.
What if my balloon has a leak?
If a balloon is leaking helium immediately after inflation and has not left our premises, we will gladly replace it. Please inspect your order before leaving. We cannot replace balloons that leak or deflate after they have been taken away, or any balloons that have been popped.
What about disposable helium tanks?
Our tanks contain the full, stated volume of gas. However, some helium is unavoidably lost during the inflation process, even by professionals. Therefore, the estimated balloon count per tank is a guideline. We cannot offer refunds or compensation based on the number of balloons you are able to inflate from a tank. All helium tank sales are final.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us immediately! We will happily arrange an exchange for any incorrect item you received, provided it is returned unused in its original condition.
Do you offer gift receipts?
Yes! Just ask at checkout for a gift receipt, which allows the recipient to exchange unused, non-balloon items within 14 days, subject to our standard policy.
